How do we make sense of information overload concerning such devastating, far reaching and tragic events?  No easy answers. Just simple ones.  Stay together, help each other, heighten your light body with positive practices, sing, pray, cry for release and of course eat and drink as purely as possible.  Stock up on seaweeds, medicinal mushrooms, chlorella, high quality and high vibrational foods for vitamins and minerals.  Check out such amazing products such as Fulvic Ionic Minerals, MMS, kelp, Himalayan sea salt. Of course the greatest healer of all is that of loving kindness.  Be the changes we wish to see.  Keep close.

It has been many months since I wrote…............so many changes, so much growth and what a ride it is.  Wherever this finds you….....may you be well, may you feel peace and may your inner resources be well fortified for times of massive shifts for everyone.  I can hardly express my gratitude for my family, friends and helpers who all participated in assisting me in what I call “the big fall”.  Not so unique really; actually pretty common as human experiences go and so necessary in order to heed the deeper impulses, peel back many layers of the false self and excavate a more authentic Self.  I can hardly wait to share with you online or better yet at a fabulous healing retreat.  Check out retreats in BC and in Hawaii this year.  More to come.  Blessings all.

Well, our primary mother is getting our attention now.  Can we any longer stuff our heads in the proverbial sand as to how much this planet is one for everyone and that each of our lives are interconnected like an invisible (and obviously very tangible) web.  Recently we initiated a new circle of prayer for Mother Earth in Fernie, BC where our dear friend Sandro came to from Mexico to help build and open a powerful circle of healing medicine for anyone who comes.  While we were building, the phenomenal volcano in Iceland let loose….................big sign of the times.  Do you feel it?  Are things in life a little different these days?  Welcome to the human race coming into a healthier and more compassionate relationship with our absolute and only true support. There is nothing we do, consume, eat, use or create that isn’t from the earth at its root.  And what about the coming 7 Generations?  We are feeling strongly influenced by the sacred work of the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers sharing their ancient ways for all of us to learn from.  Together we can connect our efforts towards a brighter future, which is now and for those who will come after we are gone.  Think about it. Aho!

Hello all.  The precious sweet air of Canadian spring is so refreshing now that we are back from our adventures in Mexico and although it’s a wee bit colder here, we do love our homeland.  I am joyously promoting the visit of our dear friend Sandro Comazzi from Mexico coming up to share in some powerful earth based teachings in April.  Check the site or find us on Facebook too under my name.  This is the time to get behind great people with great talents to share.  Blessings all.

Finally getting in a blog after so many powerful life experiences in Mexico including indigenous cleansing ceremonies, travels to pre-Hispanic ruins, working with the earth, shopping for amazing national arts and crafts…................it’s all here!  As mentioned before we are immersed in an intentional community that has for many years been the center of healing and educational ceremonies.  We feel welcomed with open hearts and homes.  The time is now to truly consider not just where we are in the world as many climate and energy patterns change, even causing disasters, but who we are together. Do we know our neighbors well?  Do we know where our food is coming from and where our water is sourced?  Is it clean, sustainable, nutritious, life enhancing?  Stay tuned for more invitations to work, live, heal and grow with us either in Fernie, BC or in Kalpulli, Mexico.  There is a strong connection being woven.  Blessings all. Wow, we are having the most amazing experiences living with some dear friends in an intentional, ceremonial community in Mexico. It is a long standing community based on solid human values, living softly on the earth, living well with the earth and sharing community life for the growth of our children.  It is very powerful, absolutely stunning, quiet, clean and super friendly.  A sister community for sharing such priorities with those in other parts of the world such as our home in Canada and beyond.  Gardens, children playing outside with no dangers, no garbage, no pollution….......it’s so awesome. We feel blessed, grateful and renewed by our previous leap to the country side from the urban center of Edmonton and now we are onto the next steps to refine our highest vision and co-create an amazing destination healing center.  Follow along, come along and see how living in the RAW looks and feels. The snow falls gently through the forest still…...............so peaceful, so lovely.  I write you from Johnsons Landing Retreat Center where we have been living, in between travels, for 6 months.  An awesome experience in unplugging from the urban environment, living deeply immersed in nature and feeling the healing power of clean air, clean water and organic garden foods.  May this find you in a place of inner peace, great health and inspired thinking for a new year when once again we all get to co-create our reality.  Let’s make it the big turn around…..........live simply and gratefully, learn and grow a lot and love one another.  Blessings all.
