This site will be a central hub for my numerous passions that essentially evolve around my love of igniting peoples’ experience of ecstasy. Through yoga, meditation, chanting, dancing, traveling, and other playful ventures I offer you my guidance, insights and my heart and spirit for growth.
We are living in amazing, exciting and ecstatic times marked by big changes and challenges and as the Hopi Indians say; We are the ones we’ve been waiting for. It’s up to us to live the changes we wish to see.
Join me through a home based yoga practice guided by either of my Yoga CDs; Dynamic Stillness through Yoga or the newest Yoga for Masterful, Mindful and Peaceful Living released in November 2008. Soon to follow will be a launch of 7 Secrets for Masterful, Mindful and Peaceful Living web videos and hardcopy DVD that will be accompanied by succinct supportive teleconferences.
There will also be downloadable audio classes recorded on-site at various classes or workshops giving you uncut live sessions to inspire your practice even more. These will be free for the first 6 months of the year then there will be more exclusive offers for members only at the yoga-jen.com site.
Celebrating my love for mantra and singing, in January 2009 I am thrilled to announce the release of Aham Prema, my first Mantra CD. Set to groovy rhythms these traditional mantras will grab you. Delivering ancient prayers for peace and love for all, these easy to follow mantras are also recorded with English translations to help teach all of us the meaning of these time tested wise prayers. There is a plan to present a CD launch concert with song diva Anna Beamont in Calgary set to be in March 09. Stay tuned for more news.
